A Brief Word From Our Founder, Laura Hall
I have been teaching for 20 years. To thousands of people across 10 countries. The U.S. Military, politicians, doctors, non-profits, and to people just like you. Do you want to know what they; what we all have in common? Depression, anxiety, a lack of motivation, declining self-confidence, poor work performance, relationship issues, and a view that life will always be unfulfilling.
I’ve spent my life learning how to overcome these issues and I have become obsessed with helping people; with sharing what I know with those who are distressed and hungry for a change. If you are tired of living the life of ‘just getting by’, of being depressed, not sleeping enough or sleeping too much and never truly feeling rested, then I want to help you.
Hi my name is Laura Hall and I suffered from depression and anxiety for 30 years. On the brink of losing my family, I became obsessed with searching and refining what I call lessons in emotional mastery.
Our next events are going to be in Montgomery, Auburn, Birmingham, and Mobile Alabama. Then in Atlanta Georgia, and Raleigh North Carolina.
